She holds a degree in Mortuary Science from Miami Dade College as well as a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership. Tracy’s background in leadership and service brings a thoughtful, reassuring, and deeply personal approach to guiding families through life’s most meaningful transitions.

With warmth, empathy, and meticulous attention to detail, Tracy is devoted to creating dignified and personalized tributes that offer comfort, healing, and peace. Her commitment to faith-centered care ensures that families feel supported, understood, and gently guided every step of the way.

Serves as the funeral home’s Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer.

With over four decades of distinguished service, Richard is known for his professionalism, compassion, and unwavering dedication to dignified care. A graduate of Miami Dade College’s Mortuary Science program, he has devoted his career to honoring lives with reverence, integrity, and exceptional skill.

Richard’s steady presence, technical expertise, and gentle guidance provide families with comfort and confidence during difficult times. His lifelong commitment to excellence and ethical service forms the foundation upon which Kurtz & McFadden Family Funeral Home was built.
