For over four decades, Richard Kurtz has devoted his life to funeral service, guiding families with compassion, integrity, and unwavering professionalism. As a Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer, his work has always been defined by a deep respect for the trust families place in him during their most vulnerable moments.

Inspired by her father’s example of service and empathy, Tracy Kurtz McFadden chose to follow in his footsteps, earning her degree in Mortuary Science from Miami Dade College. With a background in leadership and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership, Tracy brings a modern perspective paired with the same values of compassion, attentiveness, and personalized care.



Together, father and daughter share a vision: to create a space where families feel comforted, supported, and gently guided through life’s most difficult transitions. Their combined experience blends tradition with innovation, ensuring that every tribute is handled with elegance, meaning, and faith-centered compassion.
